- Experience in Apple iWork & iLife Suites and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in graphic & web design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Dreamweaver, as well as HTML, CSS and Web 2.0.
- Experience with the functions of SirsiDynix Symphony, Koha, Polaris, Encore and Surpass integrated library systems.
- Ability to instruct in the use of a variety of database interfaces including EBSCO, ProQuest, Wilson Web, PSYCHInfo, World Book, JSTOR and Worldcat.
- Ability to effectively communicate to patrons how to navigate library web pages and services.
